We reserve the right to make changes to this policy at any time,  so please review it frequently. Changes and clarification will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue selling products to you.

When you sign up to an account, you will only be added to our mailing list if you agree to it. Your email address will never be sold or shared and will only be used to send emails throughout the purchasing process and other newsletter emails advertising of new stock, sales and/or other information that we deem of interest to our customers.  If you do not want to receive email or other mail from us, you can unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any Ruby Rose Beauty Therapy email. RETURN POLICY

Rights of return
Terms and Conditions
If there is a reason you wish to return or exchange any item/s purchased from us that's okay, we're happy to do so. Any returns must be received back to us within 14 days of purchase and must be unused and in its original packaging. Unfortunately we are unable to offer returns on products that have been opened as we cannot resell these. Item/s which were purchased on sale or on clearance are also unable to be returned.

Returning your items
Please contact us before you return the item/s. Please include your invoice number and reason for return and we will be able to give you any further instructions.  When we have received your returned items we can begin the returns process. Please note it can take up to 10 working days and we will notify you once complete.

Please note: we do not take responsibility for any items lost or damaged in the process of return, that is why we recommend that you package the items securely and use a trackable shipping method. We will process an exchange or refund you once the item has been returned and we accept it.
