HOW TO USE: Remove the patches, apply them on the cleansed and dry eye area, with the widest part facing outward.  Leave on for 15 minutes. Can be used as a first-aid as needed to give a fresh, rested appearance or for intensive one-month cycles. For intensive treatment, the recommend 2 patches per week for the first two weeks and 1 patch for the next two weeks.
